Product features

This product is a new type of super tougheness polyphenylene sulfide of modified materials. The material has excellent chemical resistance, softness and impact strength, and it still remains heat resistance of the general PPS.

Product applications

The application areas of this product include: sealing element, wire and cable, car parts, hot oil (oil) extraction pipelining, also can be used as high temperature-resistant fabric with industrial fiber production parts. The color of BZ-T itself is close to pure white, easy to mix with pigment and can be used for color coding wire insulation materials. In addition, excellent properties such as the toughness, high strength and corrosion-resistance of BZ-T resins (even under high-temperature) will bring more choices to plastic processing plants and OEM.

Conditions:

1. Material drying process

Temperature: 130 ~ 150 ℃ *4 hours

Note: if any metal insert molding products, need to preheat insert: metal insert preheating temperature: 130 ~ 140 ℃, time: constant temperature for 1 hour

2. Injection molding process

Mold temperature: 120 ~ 150 ℃ (can be set according to the product structure situation)

Cylinder temperature:

The front: 250 ~ 260 ℃

In the middle: 290 ~ 300 ℃

The last period: 300 ~ 310 ℃

Nozzle: 290 ~ 310 ℃

Injection pressure: 80~150MPa (70-95%)

Injection speed: medium speed ~ high speed.

Pressure holding pressure: 30-70MPa (20-45%)

Meter: the residual amount is set 5-10mm.

Loose back: 3-5 mm

Screw rotation speed: 50-120rpm.

Back pressure: 0.2-5Mpa.

Injection molding time: according to the size of the parts, when the mold is filled with mold, and the surface is basically cooling is good.

 

3. Post-processing technology: determined by the size of the parts.

Processing temperature: 140 ~ 160 ℃, the processing time: 2 ~ 8 hours
