This kind of product is one of the high performance lubrication reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) products manufactured by our company. It is mixed granulation by adding glass fiber, ptfe and related additives through twin screw extruder on the basis of PPS resins. It has the characteristics of high wear resistance, good mechanical properties, high modulus, high temperature resistance and creep resistance, chemical corrosion, flame retardant, etc. It also has the characteristics of good processing performance and small shrinkage rate.
Because of its outstanding characteristics, it is widely used in machinery and chemical industry. It is especially suitable for high pressure, high temperature structural parts and wear-resisting parts in the environment with corrosive solvent. For example: high temperature axle sleeve, sliding bearing, etc. There is also a wide range of USES in the aerospace industry.

1. Material drying process
Temperature: 130 ~ 150 ℃ *4 hours
Note: if any metal insert molding products, need to preheat insert: metal insert preheating temperature: 130 ~ 140 ℃, time: constant temperature for 1 hour
2. Injection molding process
Mold temperature: 120 ~ 150 ℃ (can be set according to the product structure situation)
The front: 290 ~ 300 ℃
In the middle: 300 ~ 320 ℃
The last period: 310 ~ 330 ℃
Nozzle: 310 ~ 330 ℃
Injection pressure: 80~150MPa (70-95%)
Injection speed: medium speed ~ high speed.
Pressure holding pressure: 30-70MPa (20-45%)
Meter: the residual amount is set 5-10mm.
Loose back: 3-5 mm
Screw rotation speed: 50-120rpm.
Back pressure: 0.2-5MPa.
Injection molding time: according to the size of the parts, when the mold is filled with mold, and the surface is basically cooling is good.
3. Post-processing technology: determined by the size of the parts.
Processing temperature: 160 ~ 180 ℃, the processing time: 4 ~ 8 hours
