Product features

This kind of product is one of the high performance enhanced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) compounds series products manufactured by our company. It is made by mixing the glass fiber and related additives through the twin screw extruder. It has good mechanical properties, high rigidity, high creep resistance, high temperature resistance, flame retardant, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation, good arc resistance.

Product applications

This kind of product is widely used in automobile, electronic appliance, chemical equipment, machinery, spinning machine and other industries, making motor parts, terminals; Production of vaporizers, dispenser, igniter, sliding block, brake system solenoid valve, gear, thermosensitive couple, piston ring for high temperature and size precision requirements; Production of high-end hot air duct, curling iron, hair perm, coffee pot; Making anti-corrosion devices, corrosion resistant valves, insulation devices, etc. Production of precision electrical connector, high strength shell, high temperature resistance contactor, etc.

Conditions:

1. Material drying process

Temperature: 130 ~ 150 ℃ *4 hours

Note: if any metal insert molding products, need to preheat insert: metal insert preheating temperature: 130 ~ 140 ℃, time: constant temperature for 1 hour

2. Injection molding process

Mold temperature: 120 ~ 150 ℃ (can be set according to the product structure situation)

Cylinder temperature:

The front: 290 ~ 300 ℃

In the middle: 300 ~ 320 ℃

The last period: 310 ~ 330 ℃

Nozzle: 310 ~ 330 ℃

Injection pressure: 80~150MPa (70-95%)

Injection speed: medium speed ~ high speed.

Pressure holding pressure: 30-70MPa (20-45%)

Meter: the residual amount is set 5-10mm.

Loose back: 3-5 mm

Screw rotation speed: 50-120rpm.

Back pressure: 0.2-5MPa.

Injection molding time: according to the size of the parts, when the mold is filled with mold, and the surface is basically cooling is good.

 

3. Post-processing technology: determined by the size of the parts.

Processing temperature: 160 ~ 180 ℃, the processing time: 4 ~ 8 hours
