1. Material drying process
Temperature: 130 ~ 150 ℃ *4 hours
Note: if any metal insert molding products, need to preheat insert: metal insert preheating temperature: 130 ~ 140 ℃, time: constant temperature for 1 hour
2. Injection molding process
Mold temperature: 120 ~ 150 ℃ (can be set according to the product structure situation)
The front: 290 ~ 300 ℃
In the middle: 300 ~ 320 ℃
The last period: 310 ~ 330 ℃
Nozzle: 310 ~ 330 ℃
Injection pressure: 80~150MPa (70-95%)
Injection speed: medium speed ~ high speed.
Pressure holding pressure: 30-70MPa (20-45%)
Meter: the residual amount is set 5-10mm.
Loose back: 3-5 mm
Screw rotation speed: 50-120rpm.
Back pressure: 0.2-5MPa.
Injection molding time: according to the size of the parts, when the mold is filled with mold, and the surface is basically cooling is good.
3. Post-processing technology: determined by the size of the parts.
Processing temperature: 160 ~ 180 ℃, the processing time: 4 ~ 8 hours
